System of the central injection of fuel (SR20Di engine)

If to open a cowl, it is possible to see usual for the modern car a set of hoses, wires and other details which belong or to injection system, or to ignition system. On an illustration it is shown on an impellent compartment, with an arrangement of basic elements of both systems below. Let's shortly stop on work of some elements.

  1. The sensor of an angle of rotation of the crankshaft (19) carries out the same task which was described in the item. "Open a cover...". The same treats and a measuring instrument of a stream of air (14) (see. Section Multiitem system of injection (SR20DE engine)).
  2. The sensor of temperature of the engine on an illustration is not visible, it is behind the oil filter in specified illustrations below a place. The sensor traces temperature of cooling liquid and issues information in the form of a signal on an electronic monitor. The sensor is equipped with a termistor which reacts to temperature changes. Electric resistance of a termistor decreases at temperature increase.

  1. The sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (9) has the same task which is described in the Section Multiitem system of injection (SR20DE engine).
  2. The injection gate (injector) (2) (see. Section Multiitem system of injection (SR20DE engine)).
  3. When the electronic monitor sends a signal to an injector, the winding in the gate involves the sharovy valve back and fuel through a nozzle is injected to a butterfly valve. Duration of injection also defines a monitor.
  4. The regulator of pressure (3) supports constant pressure 2.5 - 2.55 bar. As the amount of injected fuel depends on duration of injection, pressure should be supported at the called level.
  5. The transistor (18) serves the same purposes (see. Section Multiitem system of injection (SR20DE engine)).
  6. The cam of fast idling (4) is on the case of a butterfly valve and provides sufficient number of turns, while the engine cold. The cam copes a thermoelement (5) which is filled with wax which under the influence of temperature can extend and be compressed, moving thus the lever (6).
  7. In 8 positions (8) there is a valve of additional air, which is switched off and joins a monitor to submit demanded air.
  8. The device of preheating of a working mix is established between the bottom case of a butterfly valve and the inlet pipeline and is in designated on an illustration below a place. The device is put in action by a monitor and promotes fuel dispersion, when the engine cold.

  1. The sensor of speed is established in a speedometer and will transform instrument readings to impulses to give information in a monitor. For maintenance of constant number of turns when the engine is exposed to additional loading because of servoupravleniye inclusion, in the pipeline of a high pressure of system of a steering the sensor of pressure of oil (is established see. Section Multiitem system of injection (SR20DE engine)).
  2. On the block of cylinders the sensor of a detonation of the engine is located. When the engine owing to a detonation starts to vibrate, vibration will be transformed by the sensor to a signal of tension which moves on a monitor.
  3. The fuel filter (16) is in the metal case to sustain a high pressure of fuel. From above and from below to the filter it is connected on one hose. The filter sits in a spring latch. Before replacing the filter (it is recommended through each 40000 km or each 2 years), it is necessary to reduce pressure in system in order to avoid a fuel razbryzgivaniye. Establish only the filter corresponding to Specifications.
  4. The adsorber with absorbent carbon serves for the same, as on the carburetor engine (The section Multiitem system of injection (SR20DE engine)).
  5. The fuel pump is in a fuel tank (The section Multiitem system of injection (SR20DE engine)).

All instructions concerning system of ignition are in Head System of electric equipment of the engine. On cars with the catalyst in system of production of the fulfilled gases it is established a lambda probe. It carries out oxygen measurement in the fulfilled gases and changes as appropriate a fuel and air ratio.

The system of injection works together with system of return of the fulfilled gases. The valve of adjustment of return of the fulfilled gases regulates amount of exhaust gases which come back to the inlet pipeline. The valve under the influence of depression under a butterfly valve blocks or opens supply of exhaust gases in the inlet pipeline.
