Thanks to this system gases from a case are sucked in via the inlet pipeline and the air filter back. In system there is a valve (1) (see an illustration above) to return gases from a crankshaft case again in the inlet pipeline. Air necessary for ventilation подсасывается via the air filter of the carburetor and through connected between the air filter and a cover of a head of cylinders a hose in the top part of a head of cylinders also moves from there in a crankshaft case.

At full loading of depression in the inlet pipeline it is enough, that подсасывать gases via the valve and a hose in the opposite direction.

For ensuring excellent job of system of ventilation the following works should be carried out through each 20000 km.


  1. Start the engine on idling and disconnect a hose from the valve. If the valve works correctly, air noise when will pass air will be audible. If to an opening of the valve to put a finger, it is possible to feel depression.
  2. By this moment disconnect and blow all hoses the compressed air. The littered hoses should be replaced always.

This system serves for reduction of quantity forced out of a power supply system, harmful паров which pass through an adsorber with absorbent carbon. On an illustration the system scheme from which it is visible as separate elements are connected with each other above is shown.

When the engine is switched off, pairs of fuel move from a tight fuel tank in the adsorber filled with absorbent carbon and there collect. Being in the poplavkovy chamber of the carburetor of pair of gasoline also are taken away via the external ventilating pipeline in an adsorber as the valve of removal of air in a normal situation is open. When the engine works, pairs of gasoline remain in an adsorber with coal while they again will not begin is taken away to the inlet pipeline at the expense of air forced through the ventilating pipeline. At increase of number of turns depression increases also and the ventilating adjusting valve that allows pairs of gasoline to come back back to the inlet pipeline opens. If the temperature of the engine makes less than 70 ° With, the ventilating valve is closed at the expense of the thermal vacuum valve and with it interrupts giving паров gasoline to the inlet pipeline. The ventilating adjusting valve operates course of ventilating air concerning amount of soaked-up air. If it is necessary remove system details, first of all it is necessary to remember an order of connection of separate hoses, especially on an adsorber that it was possible to establish them in former situation.

This system takes away a part of the fulfilled gases in combustion chambers to reduce the combustion which was allocated at process harmful gases. The adjusting valve regulates amount of coming-back gases from a final collector to inlet depending on depression in the carburetor. On an illustration higher the system scheme is represented. The valve of return of the fulfilled gases operates amount of gases which again can get to the inlet pipeline thus located on a membrane the valve can be closed and open. The membrane is put in action by depression which turns out at the expense of opening and closing of a butterfly valve of the carburetor.

On the right side of the inlet pipeline the temperature vacuum valve is located. The valve reacts to temperature of cooling liquid and opens or closes a vacuum opening in the valve. If the opening is open, depression of the carburetor arrives on a membrane of the valve of return of the fulfilled gases and puts in action the valve sitting in a conic saddle. Near the valve of return of the fulfilled gases other operating valve is located, which traces pressure of the fulfilled gases to put in action a membrane which transfers depression in the carburetor to the valve of return of the fulfilled gases.

The system of return of the fulfilled gases should be serviceable. Hoses should not be torn or damaged. On the switched-off engine the membrane of the valve of return of the fulfilled gases can be moved a finger from below up-down. It should move easily. All other verifying works should be carried out in a workshop as also can be damaged the temperature vacuum valve, the valve of adjustment of pressure of the fulfilled gases etc.
