Stabilizer of cross-section stability

Fastening of the stabilizer of cross-section stability on a back suspension bracket

1 — a connecting bar
2 — a nut, 42-48 N • m
3 — a bolt, 32-43 N • m
4 — an assembly collar
5 — the rubber plug
6 — a nut, 32-43 N • m
7 — an assembly bracket

8 — a bolt, 32-43 N • m
9 — a stabilizer bar
10 — an assembly bracket
11 — a bolt
12 — a bolt
13 — a nut

Removal and installation of the stabilizer of cross-section stability can be made on the basis of an illustration above. The stabilizer is fixed on fastening of an amortization rack by means of a connecting bar with two spherical fingers, and on the bottom collars and rubber plugs. To reach all fastenings, establish a back part of the car on support.

At removal watch an arrangement of rubber plugs. They have shlitsa which after installation should be turned up. Before tightening nuts of spherical hinges of a connecting bar, hinges need to be leveled at right angle to a bar. Only in this situation tighten nuts with effort of 42-48 N • m. Lower the car on the earth and tighten under loading bolts of both assembly collars.
