Fastening of the bottom cross-section levers is shown on
an illustration. On an illustration the cross-section lever established on model with the injector engine is shown. On model with the carburetor engine the stabilizer of cross-section stability bar means with the spherical hinge is connected on the top end to the cross-section lever. This design is shown on
At removal of the cross-section lever act as follows:
- Establish a forward part of the car on support.
- Disconnect a connecting bar of the stabilizer. On the injector engine the stabilizer passes only through the cross-section lever and should be weakened on a rotary fist; on carburetor model unscrew sharnirny connection from the end of a bar of the stabilizer.
- Remove a nut of a spherical support of a rotary fist on inside and squeeze out a sharovy finger. The stripper used at removal of a tip of steering draft will be suitable for this work.
- Now unscrew the cross-section lever inside. For this purpose remove both bolts inserted from below (10) (see
an illustration) and weaken a nut and a washer (5) on the opposite side. Delay the cross-section lever back while it will not be released from a basic finger and take out it. If it is required, it is possible to remove a basic shaft (7) for the cross-section lever after a reversing of bolts (8). On an illustration it is shown below, in what places the cross-section lever is fixed.
||The places designated by shooters, show, where it is necessary to weaken connections for removal of the cross-section lever.
- Plugs of the cross-section lever are not subject to replacement. At damage it is necessary to replace all lever. The same treats and the broken spherical hinge. If it has axial люфт (up and down), it is necessary to replace the cross-section lever. The hinge which has lost mobility also demands replacement of the cross-section lever.
- Installation of the cross-section lever is carried out in return sequence. The demanded moments of an inhaling are given on
an illustration. Tighten a nut (5) and bolts (10) when the car will stand wheels on the earth, thus the car should not be in addition loaded. Grease basic places with a small amount of greasing. After installation of details it is necessary to check corners of installation of wheels. Probably it is required to adjust a convergence of wheels.
It is necessary to consider the following instructions:
- Put on the cross-section lever one party a pin of a basic shaft, impose a washer and screw a nut effort of a hand.
- On other party fix an assembly collar (9) with bolts (10). Screw both bolts, without tightening.
- Connect a sharovy finger of the cross-section lever to a rotary fist and tighten a koronchaty nut with effort of 72-88 N • m. Insert new шплинт. Tighten a nut if шплинт it is not inserted a little.
- Insert a connecting bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability via the cross-section lever and to attach the stabilizer as it is described in the following chapter.
- Lower the car on wheels.
- Tighten a nut of the cross-section lever in
the places specified illustrations with the corresponding moment of an inhaling. Thanks to it plugs are tightened properly. All other moments are specified on already given illustrations.
