On an illustration the unusual arrangement of a multilever suspension bracket of the wheels consisting of the bottom triangular lever (above is shown see. The section the Bottom cross-section levers), and also the diagonal top cross-section lever with the hinge. The top cross-section lever is located between a body and the top spherical support. In a spherical support the lower part of an amortization rack and on the bottom party a basic finger of a rotary fist is fixed. In this connection there is a bearing which is closed by a cap, however usually does not demand service. It is possible to replace the bearing.

On the car with the injector engine the connecting bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability is connected to the hinge. On the car with the carburetor engine the bar is connected to the cross-section lever.

The cross-section lever can be removed easily as there is no need to take out an amortization rack from the car. It is necessary to notice that all details leaning on rubber plugs should be tightened, when the car leans on wheels.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lift a forward part of the car.
  2. Substitute under the bottom cross-section lever the lift.
  3. Weaken a nut and a fastening bolt on the bottom party of the shock-absorber and beat out a bolt.
  4. At the established injector engine remove a nut of a connecting bar of the stabilizer, remove the details which were under it and take out a bar.
  5. Remove a cap of sharnirny connection of a rotary fist and remove the nut which was under it of a basic finger on the bottom party of a spherical support.
  6. Unscrew the top cross-section lever on internal and outer side.
  7. Establish the lift in the best situation and remove details which it is required. At supervision of the top cross-section lever it is possible to notice that the steering lever on the left side has designation of "L", and on the right side "R" designation. Plugs of the cross-section lever cannot be replaced. On a rotary fist it is possible to replace both bearings of sharnirny connection. For this purpose beat out both bearings from the opposite sides from the hinge. The bottom bearing is condensed with an epiploon. In the hinge there are external holders of bearings which should be beaten out from the opposite sides. For this purpose it is necessary to establish a core in a groove of the corresponding holder. The top bearing should be pressed till the size of 2.5 mm from the top surface of the bearing to the top edge of the case of the hinge. In summary again hammer an epiploon while it will not rise level with.
  8. Installation of the top cross-section lever and the hinge is carried out in return to sequence removal. All details fix, without tightening, and when wheels will stand on the earth, tighten bolts and nuts with the effort given on an illustration. Pay attention to designations of L and R at installation of the top cross-section lever. Fill the case of a basic finger of a rotary fist and a cap with greasing, tighten a nut and put on a cap. On an illustration by shooters tightened connections (connection of the stabilizer of cross-section stability only in case of the established injector engine) below are shown.
